As a Labrador retriever Quill was sent to live with partners Isamu and Mitsuko. Mitsuru’s ideal guide dog Watanabe, however, is Wanatabe, a middle-aged man who is so lonely and slow-tempered, that he would “want to lie rather than be dragged by a dog.” From here the story will be told without Wanata’s daughter Tsuko. Bebe and Van Tanbe are recuperating, venture out into the outside world and learn not only to trust other humans but also to have animals beside him waiting to guide him.
